We've completely reworked
Shared Access
— a faster, more secure way to invite and manage everyone on your account.
Previously, adding a teammate meant manually setting a password for them, one person at a time. That's gone.
Here's what's new:
- Invite by email — no more shared passwords. Each teammate gets a secure one-time invite link by email. Paste a whole list (commas or new lines), pick a role, and send — onboarding 10+ people now takes seconds instead of a form per person. Invites auto-expire, and you can see who hasn't accepted yet and resend or revoke anytime.
- Google & Microsoft sign-in. Invited members can accept and get straight into their account with one click using their Google or Microsoft login.
- Connect or disconnect anytime. Already have an account? Link it to Google or Microsoft — or disconnect again — whenever you like.
- Clearer roles and visibility. Roles are now plain Admin, Member, and Viewer (no more "addon"), and you can see when each member last signed in — including anyone who never has.
